Enjoyed the great homemade fish pie, but the noisy extractor fan was annoying.

A cozy retreat in Easton
My stay at The Cricketers Inn was delightful! The friendly couple running the place made us feel right at home. We enjoyed a warm family room with fresh linens, and the food was outstanding—especially the delicious homemade fish pie. I loved sipping on a perfectly poured Guinness in the cozy pub atmosphere, complemented by friendly chatter from locals.
I encountered a few minor issues. The shower pressure was a bit weak, and a bright light outside our window made it slightly challenging to sleep. I was surprised by a hefty deposit that I wasn’t informed about until the day of check-in, which was a little inconvenient.

Charming stay with excellent food
I had a lovely stay at this quaint inn nestled in a charming village just outside Winchester. The room was incredibly spacious, offering leafy views and a comfortable bed that made for a great night's sleep. Dinner was a highlight as I enjoyed one of the best curries I've ever tasted, perfectly prepared with vibrant flavors. I would have appreciated some cricket memorabilia as decoration, which would have matched the place's name better.

had a fab time at the cricketers inn! the room was really comfy and cozy, loved that they provided some toiletries, and the staff were super friendly, made us feel right at home. had a great meal in the evening, the food was delish!
but the shower pressure was pretty weak and the light outside our window kept us up a bit. also, got hit with a deposit on the day, so that was kinda unexpected.

Had an amazing stay with comfy beds that let us sleep like babies and a cozy pub vibe that felt like home. Loved hanging out in the lounge with board games. The outdoor terrace was perfect for sipping a drink in the sun. Only downside was a little green light in the room that stayed on, but it didn’t ruin the experience at all. 😊

Hosts demonstrated exceptional hospitality by accommodating our late arrival and ensuring our comfort. The cozy atmosphere and plenty of board games for family fun created a relaxing stay, but the shower pressure was disappointingly low, and a bright light outside our window disrupted sleep. Despite these setbacks, the warm welcome and delicious meals, particularly the homemade fish pie, made it a memorable visit.

The King Room was spacious and super comfy. I loved how warm it stayed at night, perfect for a cozy sleep. The linen was fresh, and the bathroom had both a shower and bath option, which was a nice touch. Only downside was I wished for some cricket-themed decor to tie in with the name of the place. a great experience in such a charming pub.
